A/C's & Lights PolicyThe mini split type air conditioners are constantly maintained so that they can work more efficiently and make the stay indoors more comfortable. Additionaly, we recommend following these practices to maximize your comfort: Doors and windows must remain closed while the air conditioner is on. Using the air conditioner with open doors and / or windows may cause condensation and therefore humidity. The lights must remain off on empty rooms or if the natural light is enough. Turn off the air conditioning and lights before leaving the room or the house. Air conditioners can be programmed to create a pleasant environment without the need to constantly work. Avoid additional charges for power following the previous policies.

About the arrivalUpon arrival at the property a member of our staff will be waiting to welcome you and show you the property, you will be informed of the most relevant points about the facilities, equipment and amenities of the house as well as a brief review of the surroundings and how to get around Isla Mujeres.

DepartureOn the day of your departure a staff member will visit you a few minutes before the departure time to say goodbye; It will also ensure that everything is in order and in the condition in which the property was delivered.

Hot waterFor greater comfort of our guests we have hot water, we recommend giving a space of 7 to 10 minutes between showers so that hot water supplies can be restored.
